Are you a one man team?

Yes, for the most part. I currently have a part time helper. However, I do most of the design for electrical, mechanical, and firmware myself.

All RetroOnyx gear is assembled in my office and garage with the exception of some PCB assembly. I have quite a bit of gear now including two full soldering stations, a laser etcher, three 3D printers, a CNC, media blaster, and plenty of hand tools.

Is this a part time gig for you?

At the moment yes. I do most of my work at nights and on the weekends. Quite frequently when the rest of the family is sleeping. :-)

What are the payment options?

All payments through the site are processed by PayPal.

What is your return policy?

If you're not happy, I'll refund. I like happy customers. I only ask that it's within reason. I cannot refund a product that you've been using for 6 months. Please check it out within the first week of receiving the item and make sure you're happy. I'll always do what I can to help.
